Epitaxial growth is the development of a crystal overlay on your surface. It is usually talked about in semiconductor technology and usually refers to a thin film, but generically speaking it is simply a coating that can be deposited by one of many different systems. Creation of an epitaxial surface is not different from creation of many other hard coating surfaces and we know that we can create that coating for you.
